6.2. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
7.2. Matters not expressly regulated by these Terms shall be governed by applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Administrator from the moment the User begins using the Website.
8.2. The current and valid version of these Terms shall always be available on the Website Finpug.ph.
